This speeds up the claims approval process, which in turn makes for a quick and easy resolution while establishing the proper scope of work and market rate for the rehab efforts.

After receiving authorization, PDS Inc.

• Meet with your insurance company and verify the scope and cost of the restoration
• Document the damage caused by the event with pictures, videos, and if necessary compare damages against case studies and engineer reports of like in kind damages to document proper course of action and prove an “industry standard” method to accomplish restoration.
• Perform preliminary cleanup, mitigation, and the necessary initial demolition.
• Provide deconstruction and reconstruction services necessary to properly rehabilitate the facility.
• PDS Inc. will handle all aspects of your loss from start to finish.
• PDS Inc. will conduct the post construction walk-through with the affected parties for their inspection and approval of the completed restoration.
